Went down to the plot today and got the first few raspberries from my new bush. I was having a look at the blackcurrant one and it seems to be blooming with lots of leaves but no berries yet. I was very excited to see that the courgetti plats have survived which is first for a couple of years. Cant see any courgettes  but there are 2 or 3 flowers so there's hope yet. Not only that but on clearing some of the poppies I found a few parsnips that seem to be growing well so that was all good.
