Night glow

there was a 'balloon festival' just down the road from us this weekend. Unfortunately the flying was cancelled as on each occasion the wind direction was towards the city. It was advertised as 'London's only balloon festival' but theres a very good reason for the lack of balloons flying around London. Flying is only possible if you won't get blown into London or one of the surrounding airports.
