Very good ...

Tonight seemed like a night for a little nightcap so opened the Glayva and enjoyed a small dram. Very tasty and used my Mum's brandy glass so raised a glass to her as well. As I was sitting planning Christmas I was thinking how much my Mum and Dad would love Christmas dinner with us now in our dining room with the big table, the carvery and the aperitifs, wine and liquours. It is a shame that they were never able to join us physically but I am sure they are there in spirit as we drink to them. Here's to those who aren't with us any more - we miss you ...
