The Starling Tree

With the days getting shorter my time in the park before Church on a Sunday morning is shrinking as I have to leave at 5.45 - ish. This morning I spent my time watching the sunrise and hoping the starlings would arrive before I had to leave - they did not disappoint. As they flew in and out of the tree as a cloud in their hundreds - maybe thousands -  I took far too many photos trying to get the perfect one. It is an amazing behaviour and very noisy!
