Everything in the garden is rosy

Well, maybe not everything. In fact, not a lot of it. Most of it is the same colour as that lawn at the back of the shot, but this border has survived in full glorious technicolour through regular additions of bowls of washing-up water and cold tea. We don't normally use a plastic bowl in the sink but leaving one in there has really shown how much water gets used through the day with all those times you just rinse your fingers or warm the pot. At least we're not wasting it but some rain would be welcome.
