Remembering

A wonderful day today at the Cenotaph. I was on Horse Guards again with Paul who is the official photographer for the Royal Pioneer Corps. Photo opportunities galore in fact I took over 250 over the course of the day.
The little boy proudly marching wearing his Grandads medals, he caught my camera and gave me a lovely shy smile. The poppy wreath being held prior to the columns marching out onto Whitehall.
Chris looking at the crosses on the Field of Rememberance at Westminister.
If you are going down to London, go and have a look. It`s as poignant as looking at the wreaths around the Cenotaph, thousands of them in little rows, each marking the tragic and awful loss of life of a member of somebodies family.

At the going down of the sun, we will remember them....
