Wobble
My Dear Princess & Dear Fellows,
I've been dealing with stupid practical things today. Yeesh. It has almost been like a day in the office except I've also been watching documentaries on Hammer movies.
What I like about Hammer movies is how cheap & cheerful they were. They were explaining with pictures how Dracula's library, his tomb, the graveyard and the main hall where he got disintegrated were in fact all the same room. But DISGUISED with curtains and screens.
You'd think Dracula could afford a bigger place, but apparently not. He basically lived in a student flat, but with fangy virgins.
But I digress. Yes, I have been doing boring things today until -
ooooOOOERRrrr - did you feel that??
This sends me and Cazza scampering onto GeoNet which is where you can see what just happened and who else felt it. In this case, it was this one. So actually at the top of the South Island, but we felt it here in Wellington. Only for a little while. It felt a train going by, or a particularly violent fart from the other end of the couch.
And now I have decided I am not going to cook. Pizza on order. Let us make the most of the rest of the weekend.
S.
