Droog and his friend Ray at the annual Corps Day at the Intelligence Corps HQ. It’s 20 years since they met on a rainy day, for selection. The Mess was their home from home for a number of years. Ray’s wife, Wendy, and I joined them for lunch; it was the first time we’d seen it.
