Exotic

My brother came to visit us yesterday and stayed the night. He brought birthday goodies for JF and this exotic plant for me! It is a Calla Lily “Picasso” and apparently the exotic looking funnel shaped flowers will appear throughout the summer!
This morning, after Copper’s novice training session, (he’s won another rosette) my brother and I met for coffee at the garden centre. We sat outside and Copper had his first adventure of being good outside a coffee shop! He was intrigued by another cockapoo nearby!
My brother chose two beautiful agapanthus in flower as a belated birthday present from me, and then it was time for him to wend his way back to Oxford. A most enjoyable visit and catch-up time.
