After Thursday I was dreading go today, luckily the nurse was gentle on me and I didn't have too many problems.  I was worried when I went in that it was going to be rubbish again, as it looked like chaos again but I was on by 1pm and off by 4pm.

Another glorious day in Wales.

I've had my Sunday lunch tonight with my mother and father, as I'm out tomorrow.

Missed the Aberdare Park Motorcycle Races and British Speedway Grand Prix, a bit gutted but hey not to worry.
