Moving On

My 'simply the best' first ever Learning Manager, S, left us today after 6 years. He's been my support and confidante and #2 all that time. We will miss him but we gave him a great send off with a multidisciplinary cake made by L, from our Housing Team, and J, our Vol Coordinator. Mascarpone, marzipan, chocolate, salted caramel. A work of art that tasted delicious. Later to the pub where some week kent faces joined us.

I had to leave early to join E at the Jazz and Blues Fest for Davina and the Vagabonds. Great show, great company.
