Rainshine

Day Two of the summer holidays and preparations and packing for our holiday. Bailey was unsettled by all the moving around, packing of bags and things being lined up in the hall. Not traveling so far this year, we did a food shop this morning and had lunch before setting off.

We arrived just after three and got into the cottage which is comfortable but distinctly lacking the garden that was in the description. A phone call to the holiday company is yet to have the promised return call so that will need to be chased up. Not that I think they’ll be able to magic up a garden...

At least there are a few paths very nearby to take Bailey on. We walked up the hill this evening, avoiding the worst of the rain and appreciating the view.
