A Scene From Greece

It was 26c when we set off on an 8 mile walk from Ogmore Beach - Dunraven Bay (Southerndown) to St Brides Major over the common to Ogmore Castle and return along the estuary to the start. (Vale of Glamorgan Walks leaflets)

The photo I like best is one that could easily have been taken in Greece - sheep shading under a tree with a bike nearby. By the time we had finished some three hours later the temperature had dropped and a few spots of rain appeared. It's on the news that the heatwave is to continue next week!
