Sunflower

We bought this in Aldi on Wednesday for a bargain £2.39! It is still waiting to be planted so seemed perfect for Flower Friday kindly hosted by Biker Bear. I used the fisheye lens attachment on my iPhone to hide the background a bit.

I did manage to drive to the swimming pool this morning and it was not too bad for the drive.  A tentative length of sculling on my back, not too bad, a length of gentle breaststroke, a bit sore.  I did some stretches and tried again and managed about 15 minutes and 14 lengths.  I didn't push my luck as I didn't want any issues driving home.  It is a little bit more painful today, but not too bad.  That is one hurdle done!
