A marathon

We left our B and B in Sennen at 8.45 and arrived in Mousehole at 6pm. We had walked continuously with just a few short stops. It was a very long way and the path is treacherous with many obstacles en route in the way of boulders and awkward rocks to negotiate. We were tired at the seven hour point but we had to keep going. I had made a dinner reservation the day before in a highly recommended restaurant and the only slots I could get were outside in the garden at either 6.30 pm or 9pm. We had opted for the earlier one. We had to find our accommodation, have a shower, get presentable and then find the restaurant. We arrived only a couple of minutes late and our fish curry was delicious and my dessert was heavenly. A long day never to be repeated but we are both in one piece.
