Ouch

Fell over last night, and I never thought much about. Until I woke up at 3:30am in absolute agony! My chest was incredibly painful, I could hardly move. Ended up in A&E for X-rays but nothing is broken I have just damaged the left chest muscles!! Going to be sore for 2 weeks.... Which is just great :( once again I am very limited to what I can do, so the family are having to look after me :(
