Spend the whole day doing some song-writing and recording with a few guys.

Such a difference between busting out a song by yourself on a guitar and coming together with different musicians working out parts and developing ideas. I really must do this more often.

Finally managed to succeed in making a Jamie Oliver 15 minute meal without breaking an item of crockery or a kitchen appliance. This is a first.
