Morning Dove and the moon

Today was a sunny comfortable day. I got for a walk tonight and tried some photoshop magic once again. I shot this morning dove with the moon sitting beside him, the problem is there it two focal distances and the moon turned out very blurry. So i added the moon in that I shot separate and merged the two photos, it seemed to tun out ok.
