Splash of colour

Following Pilates this morning I decided to go out on my bike. I have got out of the habit of cycling. Partly due to losing confidence when I came off and broke my collar bone.

I spotted this growing against the sun bleached wood of an old shed. Just as I got the legs spinning after this photo I came across a road block of Guinea Fowl. They were unimpressed with being ushered off the road.

Now just trying to get sorted for our next Orienteering break in the Lake District. Hope the decent weather continues a while longer!
