Inner Wall

This is a shot at the entrance area in my university - Miyagi University - in Sendai, japan. It is quite impressive though not as functional as many would like. Apparently the building was created during Japan's bubble when there was money to throw around. In any case, I am inspired whenever I walk in to the area. I went to Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut for high school and spent tons of time at the I.M. Pei designed Arts Center which is of a similar design with the concrete bare and uncovered.
