Is a screening service from NHS Scotland.

The very useful thing about it is that after you have seen  your doctor or nurse the blood results can be viewed by you, the patient, on your personal files at the same time that your care professionals see them.   This gives you time to prepare your story, before you go back to your clinician!!!    The site also gives complete guidance on how to interpret the results.  

Results from last week's bloods were like that - amazingly good in every department - except blood sugar.   So more exercise, fewer treats, and bloods again in 90 days!

I should say that taken along with the screening programme for faecal occult blood (a better scheme than down south since we are offered screening from age 55), NHS Scotland is performing well in preventative measures.
