Derelict Bridge

A lazy day for me.  TT was out early to get on with cutting our two enormous beech hedges.  The neighbours must have been delighted!  At least he had two helpers (BB and my dad), so many hands made light work!  I went for a run – same route as yesterday, but in the opposite direction.

Later in the afternoon they were still hedge cutting and/or sitting in the garden enjoying the sunshine.  No one wanted to go out,. So I went for a  walk and left BB and TT to shop for tea.  It was hot, but there was a lovely cooling breeze.  I was in need of rehydration when I got home and finished my birthday cake to boost my energy levels!

We had another barbeque for tea and it was lovely eating in the garden again.  My mum, dad and I then went for a  wee wander in the late evening sunshine.

I hadn’t realised that Derelict Sunday was still going on, so here is a blip for this week’s challenge - presumably built in 1912..
