The World

Today dawned rather gloomily and there was even a few minutes of rain!! You'll be pleased to hear that it has brightened up since and is now lovely and sunny again. Guernsey has become something of a stopover point for cruise ships in the last few years. Today we were visited by 'The World.' It is the largest privately owned residential ship on the planet. I took these pictures from the L'Auberge at Jerbourg. I've added an extra of the ship and a view of Fermain Bay and the 'posh' houses on the clifftop at Fort George. One day....
