Herbie rides again

I didn't have a blip and I was about to miss it and go to bed when I suddenly heard some excitement in the kitchen. The photographers were over the moon to see a car performing stunts. BUT it wasn't just any little car, it was Herbie! 

(Imagine my excitement when I found Herbie on the internet a couple of weeks ago)

It made a good blip to reflect my day, sort of. I finally have a date for the last of last year's 50th birthday presents - my driving experience. You will have to wait until September to find out more! 

I actually saw a life sized Herbie in the village the other day but I wasn't able to get a photo of it. I will keep an eye open for it.
