Blue Blue Electric Blue

I love this soap, it gives me a disproportionate amount of pleasure when looking at it and when using it.  I've never felt this way about a bar of soap before.  It was a present from Freddie's owner, Steph, for looking after him while they were in Sri Lanka.   I'm sure I can find something similar somewhere over here.  

Day 15 -  wellness update:  Feeling good, so good that I went to a spin class at the gym.  It wasn't easy but I didn'd disgrace myself.   I'm going to have to see how I feel in the next cycle and make some decisions about what to do about exercise and my gym membership over the next few months.
