After Yoga

A stroll in the garden with the dogs. Second week at yoga class definitely feel better after each one. 

We had a wee bit of rain today but not enough better than nothing though. Struggling mentally with my identity. I'm bo peep without her sheep. Not completely true as I still have few for now. But the sheep and tending them is no longer my life. The transition to what I'm wanting to do and be is harder than I imagined step by step I will get there.
