The beach at low tide

There had been some rain during the night and the morning dawned damp and rather dull.

While L went to golf this morning I walked up to the Deli for rolls ... bacon butties today .... yummy!

Not much activity either on the beach or on the water but the weather steadily improved throughout the morning and by the early afternoon we were back to tee shirt weather.

We had a trip to St Andrews to 'do' the sales. I bought two tops and a pair of slippers .... not really slipper weather but I've been needing a new pair for at least a year.I chose a navy pair but L said they were too dull so I changed them for pink! A future blip perhaps!
