Bell's Bridge

Bell's Bridge is a pedestrian bridge spanning the River Clyde at Anderston on the North Bankand forms the south western edge of the city centre. It was built in 1988 to coincide with the Glasgow Garden Festival on the south bank of the river. The bridge mainly consists of a cable-stayed span which can rotate through 90 degrees, providing two lanes for river traffic either side. It is named after the Bell's whisky company which sponsored its construction. 
Visible on the North bank is the SEC Armadillo auditorium designed ito resemble an interlocking series of ship's hulls, in reference to the Clyde's shipbuilding heritage. (The infinity filter seemed to suit the composition.)
