Back blipping on Monday

This unbelievable weather continues.  Not that I've enjoyed it much for the last couple of days - I've been working.  Home in time to watch the later stages of the France v Croatia match - a good match, Croatia showed incredible staying power.  They never stopped trying!  I had to muse, during the presentations afterwards, whether the Maybot would have dressed in an England shirt, and stood in the pouring rain hugging the players from both sides?

Then lentil burgers on the patio.

I've now got 2 days off - a few days ago, they were promising rain on Monday, which then was rain on Tuesday, and in the forecast this evening, NO RAIN at all for at least another week.  Our poor grass is burnt to a crisp.
