Heat Haze

Either improved by a day of rest or numbed by serious Sunday afternoon overconsumption of wine, my heel pain felt gone this morning which foolishly led me to head out for regular morning walk.pain quickly returned...ouch.
Unbelievably hot at 7am and not a touch of sea breeze. Melting.
