it's white, but this has a tinge of pink, how strange.

it's a Hamstring injury, he is in a fair bit of pain, we have
followed the three thingys you are supposed to do, and ice
pack ( frozen pack of peas) a crepe bandage thingy and rest
he doesn't do pain killers, he has no bruising which is
unusual. So I am still nursy thats wearing a bit thin I
am not very good at it !!!!!!!!
It's a beautiful sunny day but a chilly wind,
