Robert, the construction worker?

Another town, another festival. The Borders really has a silly season every year, with all the local festivals and common ridings. This week it must be Greenlaw’s turn as I discovered on my way to a client this morning. I’m fairly sure the scarecrow/mannequin is Bob the Builder, which is a bit of a comedown from her maj last week in Earlston, but I believe she was a bit busy with a certain orange cockwomble from the good old US of A!
