Day 22: the Final! - France v Croatia!

So, it’s been a great World Cup for many reasons already stated in the media. It’s been a great one for me too in as much as it gave me the chance to search and try out recipes from many countries.
My final dinner is a French -Croatian mix - though mostly French, due to the fact my Croatian wine hasn’t been delivered on time!!!’ So I give you as an aperitif a French Martini, then French onion soup, followed by. Boeuf Bourguignon. My Croatian pear strudel will appear later to round it off.
