Brave painting.

Today, one of my A level students took the bold step of applying a layer of deep blue paint onto their canvas thereby obliterating the, quite detailed, painting of a tower block they had already done.

I think that the result is interesting but that it will continue to be altered until he is happy with the outcome. I really enjoy teaching students who are prepared to push themselves like this.
