Largs Regatta

Up at 6 o’clock on Saturday for a run across to the west coast for the Largs Regatta. It was a long day and we were light in numbers so I was in 5 races including a long race across to Cumbrae as bow on the Prestwick boat.

The event ran way over schedule but the company was fine - North Berwick made all the finals and won the overall club competition by a point. I was in the winning crew for the challenge event we swop boats and have an opportunity to crew for other clubs.
