Silly Pink Ribbons

To continue my recent themes of vegetation and silliness, you may recall the Weed Inspector visited Blackheath recently. 
As a result most gardens are sporting pink ribbons tied around condemned plants plants, trees, bushes etc.
Now we have noticed that some of the road signs and power poles have also been adorned.
Not sure whether is really is considered a weed or is some local wag having a go. 
Or maybe a climate activist who wants to rid us of electricity entirely.
Whatever it is I think it deserves to be blipped :-)
