Phew!

I realised on Thursday morning that I had lost my passport on the train back from London. I knew exactly how it had happened and was so annoyed with myself. After a number of frantic calls and a little persistence, I learned that it was on its way back to me and it landed on the mat this morning! Thank you to the person who took the time to put it in the post. What a relief!
A lot of travel today as I was in Lewisham for a launch this afternoon- it was a very different event and I am glad I went but the long hot journey left me a bit ragged.

However - joy of joys as Poet Girl was back when I got home! She has had the best time in Cornwall and it’s wonderful to see her so happy!
