Bowled.

We have had a really happy day with our family. It was hot and sunny and we have been outside all day. I did an easy meal so I didn't spend too long in the kitchen. Mik and the boys did the washing up and then she and I and the two boys played bowls, with the old plastic bowls we used when the boys were smaller. As always, George won. He wins at everything. However his brother Jake was a winner when he commandeered my camera and took this shot of the boules on the dried out grass. While we were playing out on the lawn, father and son stayed at the lunch table with a bottle of brandy and put the world to rights.
