Cosmos

Another sunny day spent getting ready for our visitors - son , daughter and son in law tomorrow.  After the shop we tackled the garden and the water feature that had been disconnected over winter.  My husband was most surprised to find a dead slow worm and a frog in the water tank.  He had thought the frog was dead but on attempting to remove it quickly moved.  We had a few hilarious moments when the frog jumped out the container and we had to catch it in the sieve.  It is now happily (we hope) enjoying a friends pond where it will have access to the surrounding land as well.  Not sure whether their resident frog is male or female or what the sex of the new frog is.
