Snowdrop.....

....for my lovely UK  blipfriend sheilwill, who I refer to as Mrs S. It was only just the other day when Mrs S was asking about my snowdrops, I think they heard her and decided the time was right to flourish :)

And a wonderful surprise for me as I'd thought I'd lost them. I have three varieties, all very small clumps and easy to lose in the depths of my woodland garden. 

This is Galanthus elwesii, it's supposed to be a giant according to Google, but mine is tiny although the markings are the same, I'm not sure if it's been incorrectly labelled.

Saturday.....another frosty start followed by a glorious calm sunny day. I seemed to have spent the day pottering.
