Offcuts

The alarm was a shock to the system this morning having been out late on a school night. I got going eventually and much quicker than Bailey. Work has been a day of covering for other folk and getting a couple of my own bits done along the way. There was a planned 2 hour meeting this afternoon which was productive but concerning a role I won't be doing in September so a bit frustrating in parts . Once that was done, I honoured a monthly arrangement with a friend to head out early on a Friday afternoon for a catch up. We'll definitely need to keep it going into next year as a sanity-saver. 

Home via the supermarket and then in to Bailey and a walk when it was still a little too warm. A bit of end of the week tidying, including putting some scabious bought yesterday into a vase and giving these offcuts a chance too. And then the sofa to end the week off.
