Bears at The Cooper Gallery

At the Cooper Art Gallery in Barnsley.  This is a lovely exhibition of children’s book illustrators who have worked on the theme of Bears.  There are some beautiful drawings here and there are lots of lovely workshops being offered for children over the summer holiday.  NOT TO BE MISSED IF YOU ARE LOCAL TO BARNSLEY.  I’ve chosen this text because I just love the story and because I loved the illustrations they are in the `extra’.

What else today:
Hopefully Glyn has cured the `bleep’ on the fridge door - all good so far!
We visited Barnsley Library to see if they had the copy of Public Sculpture in South Yorkshire that I’d requested, but so far no luck!
Then the hairdressers followed by lunch in The Cooper Gallery cafe.
