Distant islands

Looking out over the wildflower garden to Church Strand Bay and Roaring Water Bay and the islands beyond it ...

Still such stunning weather ....

But in the woodland garden all the ground cover plants have wilted away to nothing. The streams are dry, the big pond is dry....
Other things love it though - the lavender has never looked so good !
