Off the fence.

My neighbour is having a new fence (much needed). This meant I had to remove the honeysuckle and clematis that were climbing up it. Fortunately, I had anticipated this happening when I planted them so they are climbing on plastic netting which was stapled to the fence - easily removed. They are in wooden planters so I just pulled them away from the fence and laid the netting over them with greenery still attached. It looks a bit sad but I hope they will be re-attached to the new fence tomorrow. Dogs are puzzled, of course.
