Filling his boots

This bee's pollen sacks were bursting at the seams as he enjoyed the nectarious buddleia. Not sure if he's a buff-tailed or white-tailed bee, but he was a happy chappy, whichever!

The sun was soon replaced by cloud today. As rain appeared - disappeared - and reappeared on the Beeb's weather forecast, not a drop fell here. It has been extremely sultry and headachey though.

Off to dance in a line - probably slow dances again tonight in this heat.
