It wasn't easy to argue ...

... with my brother-in-law the day I said that I'm not all that keen on yellow flowers and he said in that case there are quite a lot in the garden. He's right and there seem to be more than ever this year. They are quite cheery but not subtle. I think this is some sort of helenium.

Journey home yesterday was trouble free. It was good to get back. It's been good also to have a day of sorting out. Definitely going to yoga later. Feeling the need to move after more than 6 hours on a train on both Monday and Wednesday. And a day sitting in a conference in between. Makes me realise just how sedentary I became when I was working full time and how much more I move around now. Got to be better I think.
