Emergency Scone

I don't usually blip details about me, usually just trivia. My emergency scone is in response to a call from Mrs W, to announce she has a sore throat the week before her pre-op visit for her heart op. The Practice Nurse was great meds and a swab to check it is nothing awful and instructions to go back if necessary.

Things are just stacking up and carbs was what was needed!!
