Today's the day …………………….. when the light went out

Another dry, hot, sunny day today.  We haven't had any rain here for two months - and in fact, I've forgotten what it feels like.

In spite of that - it all went a bit dark this evening after the result of the England v Croatia match.  There will be lots of disappointed people who were so hoping their team would make it to the final.

Ah well - next time perhaps …………………..
