Helsinki Day 3

Pretty windy today and my husband wasn't too keen on going on a boat tour (he was probably right!) so we had another sightseeing wander and this time visited the Rock Church properly. There was a choir singing inside and a talk about the church in English. It was drilled out of rock and when it rains, water runs in. The is a drain around the edge to collect the water. I am not sure what it must be like in winter but they do have heating!

This is also the day I discovered the Mannerheim museum is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. D'oh.
