Choux!

We're entertaining this evening and so I thought I'd try the 'show stopper's' choux pastry recipe.
Mr HF has gone back to his Scottish roots and made an amazing clootie dumpling too. We've had a little taste and it's delicious.
We're going to have a yummie and fattening evening of eating!
